48 Defending drills PDF

WORLD CLASS COACHING recently conducted a contest where coaches contributed their favorite defending drills, exercises or small-sided games.

We recieved many interesting and useful defending activities.

Rather than finish the contest and discard the sessions, we decided to offer them to other coaches for free.

The sessions were presented in many formats.

We reconstructed the diagrams using our Session Designer and included the set-up, descriptions, coaching points and progressions that were provided by the coach.

We’ve included the coach’s name if it was on entry. Thanks to all of the coaches who contributed games.
