TECHNICAL TRAINING PROGRAMME PDF

Welcome to Swerve Soccer’s Technical Training Programme in association with Bede's School.

Within this programme we are offering an advanced training package for players in school years 5-8 (age 9-12).

Classes run every Thursday from 6pm-7.30pm. Over the course of our programme, players will receive training from ex-professional Dan Harding who has played for the likes of Brighton & Hove Albion, Southampton, Millwall and England U21.

Joining Dan will be a whole host of UEFA qualified coaches who have a wealth of experience.

Your child will train at Bede’s School, Upper Dicker with access to onsite floodlit pitches, a state-of-the-art gym and a multi-million-pound sports complex. Students will be developed into the ‘complete player’.

This will be achieved through numerous methods such as sportsscience workshops, video analysis seminars, strength and conditioning classes and progressive training formats.

Through our links, we will also offer termly fixtures against local clubs/academies and higher playing opportunities to professional clubs.
