INDIVIDUAL TACTICAL DETAILS

PLAYFUL WARM UP FOCUS ON THE OBJECTIVE

In warm-up, the footballer should first come in contact with the objective that will follow.
Children should start with a game that at the same time as the introduction to the goal can activate the muscles and the "heart" and at the same time be psychologically activated, having fun and raising endorphins.
At the same time the warm-up should have a rhythm and there should be no waiting points. The ideal is for each person to have a ball and attempt as many contacts and repetitions as possible.

DRILLS EMPHASIZED ON TECHNIQUE

In this age group, technique should be the key element of training and the greatest emphasis should be given to anything else.
The coach should find exercises with great repetition of the objective, without waiting and as realistic as possible.

1 ON 1 BALL GAMES

The educational process of 1v1 is very important at this age due to the physical and mental characteristics of children.
The coach should give more emphasis to the offensive approach of 1v1, training the player in many ways, in different situations he will find on the field and in different places.
Kids need to learn to be confident and self-confident, and 1v1 helps them get that information by finding a solution in the opponent's passage, perseverance and trying again in case they do not succeed with the first one, and a sense of satisfaction the moment they achieve the goal.
Defensive positions and instructions in 1v1 should be given in a nutshell and not put more emphasis on offensive moves because first all children should learn to do it as attackers and then as defenders.
