I've been a runner and athlete for more than a decade, and even after learning dozens of stretches along the way, this book has been free.

It's very comprehensive - it contains stretches for each muscle group and describes the supportive muscle groups you use when doing a particular stretch. The visuals are clear and helpful, too.

The explanations are very easy to follow, and I love that they give tips on each stretch to increase intensity or tone slightly different muscles with slightly different movement.
