The aim of the manual is to play a key role in supporting the long term vision the set by the club and the head coach to produce footballers capable of competing with elite players.

Coaching
All coaches are responsible for implementing the club training program
It is OUR coaching program and not MY program .it is “we” not “I”

➢ The session is about the PLAYERS not the coach.
➢ The coach’s body language and tone has greater impact on the player than the actual words.
➢ A detail job description is provided to each age group coach.
